But, in the level just in front of it, you have a red beam. Just an example: you see a red barrier in a level where you have no red laser. To get them, you generally have to think "out of the box" by activating something in a level and use it in another level. They can be both found every (not only in the levels). They are some extra/hidden challenges in Talos principle. There is also another type of collectible: the stars. When you have collected all the sigils to unlock something, it will blink. The interface shown on your left wrist shows you the progression for the 3 next "objectives" (new world / item). So basically what you have to do is to solve the levels one by one, unlock the items in the HUB of your current world, collect more sigils and unlock the next world. The items are shown at the the HUB of each world (you can see an hologram of the item within a tube with a "terminal" in front of it). To unlock the items, you have to collect certain sigils and complete a puzzle (same as what you have to do to unlock the worlds). If you enter a level which requires an item you did not unlocked yet, a message will warn you.

Finally I looked up some guides and had to dig deeper to see that you must unlock the connectors in the world select. Spent some time trying to figure out where he came from.
Found a hologram of a robot running around, scare the crap out of me. I spent about 20 minutes trying to figure it out. I saw them there, but they were just holograms. I'm really enjoying the Talos Principle, however the game doesn't do a good job of explaining certain things.įor example, I was on the world where you first get the connectors.
